Production process of fresh grass straws
In order to produce a beautiful straws, it must go through the following stages:
Step 1: Harvesting Grass
Location: In the company's raw material area, 500m from the production workshop.
Cut by hand, taking care not to damage the roots so that the grass can continue to grow and not affect other plants

Step 2: Select Standard Tubes for Making Straws
Choose suitable plants that meet the standards for straw production (in terms of hardness, size, and being disease-free or spotless)
Step 3: Transportation to the factory
After harvesting, the grass will be packed in a bundle, transported to the processing factory to produce straws.
Step 4: Peel off the wrap and wash grass for the 1st time
Peel off the wrap of plants and remove foreign objects sticking to the plants when moving from the grass field

Step 5: Wash the grass for the 2nd time
Wash and clean each grass carefully to wash away any remaining stains on the tubes

Step 6: Cut the grass
After washing, cut the grass into pieces of about 20 cm, 15 cm and 13 cm in length
Cut to the required size and the cutting process will eliminate unsatisfactory tubes

Step 7: Hollowing out the grass tube
The process involves hollowing out the center of the sedge grass stem to create a straw. Sedges are drilled to form a straw.
A reamer is used to bore a hole through the center of the grass stem.

Step 8: Rinse the grass and check the hygiene inside
After clearing the grass tube, wash it with water to clean the inside and outside of the tubes one more time before drying.

Step 9: Drying the grass straws
Drying in the sun so that the tubes are dried naturally, avoiding the case of grass straws drying out suddenly, suddenly reducing moisture that is easy to damage and deformation of the tubes

Step 10: Finished fresh grass straws
The fresh grass straw is soft, easy to use, you can take it away in the box and use it. Besides, you can store it at the right temperature so that you can keep the straw longer.
